Surface Preparation and Application Method

Wood Varnish Glossy Solvent Based Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned from oil stains, sawdust, old paint and varnish residues, dry and lightly sanded. Before application on hard woods containing resins and natural oils, the surface should be cleaned with a cloth soaked in organic solvents such as Cellulosic Thinner. After cleaning the surface, Titanium Anti Aging Polymex Impregnation material is recommended as the first coat. It is applied in 2 or 3 coats with 24 hour intervals. In order to obtain a homogeneous color, attention should be paid to mixing before and during application and application should be made in the direction of the pores in the wood.
