Surface Preparation
The compressive strength of the application surface must be at least 25N/mm², and the strength of the floor concrete (pull ) (Poz no: 7.4.1) off) must be at least 1,5 N/mm². The surface must be dry. It should be cleaned from dust, dirt, paint, oil and similar substances that will reduce adherence. Eyelet gaps should be filled. Oil-soaked surfaces should be cleaned with chemical cleaning materials and then the surface should be cleaned once more with a water jet. Any puddles of water remaining on the surface should be removed with vacuum cleaners. The cleaned surface should be subjected to mechanical surface abrasion such as grinding, milling, sandblasting or sanding to obtain a rough surface. The dust layer formed after mechanical cleaning should be swept with the help of industrial vacuum cleaners. Preparation of the Mixture

Application details
It is an antibacterial epoxy paint and coating material. Provided that it complies with the ideal surface and weather conditions stated above; It should not be applied in weather conditions below +10⁰C, above +30⁰C, rainy and / or windy weather. If necessary, the ambient and floor temperature should be optimized with the help of heaters. It should not be used on surfaces where moisture is released. Protective health and safety equipment must be worn when using spray equipment. Ensure that a non-porous coat completely covers the surface. The application should be done in two coats and the waiting time between the two coats should not exceed 24 hours. If this time is exceeded, the surface should be roughened again before applying the second coat. For accurate and precise color matching, ensure that the same production/serial number of Polymex is used in each area. These substances produce high amounts of CO₂ and H₂O water vapor, which can affect the surface appearance. Therefore, only use electric heating systems that blow warm air. After the coating application is completed, the floor should be protected from direct contact with water for at least 24 hours. Otherwise, carbonation and softening will occur in the area in contact with water and this will cause the coating to lose its properties. After application of Polymex-50019- Dust-Free Epoxy Floor Paint, in order to maintain the appearance of the surface, the particles spilled on it should be cleaned immediately and cleaned regularly using surface cleaning machines, rotary brushes, high pressure washers, vacuum cleaners and suitable cleaning and polishing materials. Consumption
