Polyurea Primer Specifications:

Polyurea Primer Technical Specifications:

The application area must be thoroughly cleaned from dirt, oil, rust, etc. On concrete surfaces, the surface must be dry and clean. Primer should not be applied on old and worn surfaces (worn, loosened and lost mechanical strength) without making the necessary repairs. The concrete must be completely dry and cured.

Components A and B are mixed with an electric mixer for max. 2-3 minutes and made ready for application. Polyurea Primer

Application can be carried out by brush, roller or airless spraying method.

Application should be completed within 1 hour. Single coat application is sufficient.

After application, a dry film layer with a thickness of 36/40 microns is obtained.

The treated surface should not be wetted, walked on and protected for at least 4 hours. Coating applications are performed on the primer that dries after 6-8 hours.
