Surface.Preparation
Epoxy Antistatic Condaktive Floor Coating. Your existing floors are cleaned from concrete grout and oily layer with a concrete milling or grinding machine and made ready for coating with an industrial vacuum cleaner. The cracks and joints on it are opened in a V-shape, cleaned and repaired with epoxy repair mortar.

Drying:
It takes its first hardness in 3-4 hours, touch hardness in 5-7 hours and full cure after 7 days.
Chemical Resistance
Polymex-5004 was not affected by the following chemicals after 1 week immersion test.

Storage.and.Shelf.Lifespan:
Epoxy Antistatic Condaktive Floor Coating :Store in its original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry place for 18 months, under a porch, out of direct sunlight and protected from temperature extremes. In tropical climates, the product should be stored in places with air conditioning. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may cause the product to deteriorate prematurely.
