Surface.Preparation
Epoxy Antistatic Condaktive Floor Coating. Your existing floors are cleaned from concrete grout and oily layer with a concrete milling or grinding machine and made ready for coating with an industrial vacuum cleaner. The cracks and joints on it are opened in a V-shape, cleaned and repaired with epoxy repair mortar.

Drying:
It takes its first hardness in 3-4 hours, touch hardness in 5-7 hours and full cure after 7 days.

Polymex-5004 was not affected by the following chemicals after 1 week immersion test.

Polymex-5004-Epoxy Antistatic Condaktive Floor Coating Solvent-free Epoxy floor coating material for concrete floors with 1.5 - 2.0 - 3.0 - 4.0 mm thickness, colored and slightly patterned or rough surface for industrial use. It is resistant to all physical and chemical effects, easy to clean, hygienic, dust-repellent and used on floors with heavy loads and heavy traffic.It is a non-slip floor covering. It is an epoxy-based, anti-static surface (the surface that does not retain static electricity on the surface but conducts it to the ground), smooth surface, high degree of mechanical and chemical abrasion resistance, easy to clean, hygienic, self-leveling floor coating system.
